For deliveries to Switzerland, standard shipping is free for orders with a value of CHF 130 or more after discounts. Below this threshold, shipping costs are displayed in the checkout before completing your order.

Order Status and Shipment

No link available or shipment unclear? Contact us with your order number and the email address used. If available, also provide the relevant tracking number and item. If you do not have the order number, please mention this in your message.
Returns, Exchanges, and Defects
Voluntary returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction are not offered according to our return policy. Statutory exceptions and rights regarding defective or incorrectly delivered goods, as well as non-delivery, remain unaffected. Statutory rights of withdrawal may apply to cross-border orders; these also remain unaffected.
