Flexible measuring tape with retraction button – White

Compare clothing sizes, prepare sewing projects, or measure the circumference of an object: The white measuring tape can be pulled out of the case and wound back in using the button. The end of the tape can be inserted into the holder on the case for circumference measurements.

Using the correct scale

The two sides of the tape have different starting points. According to the supplier, the side intended for circumference measurements starts at 5 cm and accounts for the curve of the case when the end of the tape is in the holder. The other side is intended for normal measuring. Before use, check the appropriate side and its starting point. For sewing projects, it is best to first compare with a known measurement.

Place the tape flat and without pulling it tightly. When retracting, hold the end of the tape and guide it slowly. Keep away from small children. Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow to dry.
